 Saturday, Oct. 24th from 5:00 – 7:30 PM

Tavan’s Hijinx Trunk or Treat is just around the corner, and we would love for you to help make this event a success!

 We have several sign-up options from setting up Saturday morning, working the games or haunted house the night of our event, or joining us Sunday morning to help clean!

Volunteers Needed - AM Hijinx Helpers - Come anytime between 9 - 12!

This is a team of individuals who will help us prepare the campus in the morning for our frightfully fun festivities!

Spooky Setup Crew
Help decorate the campus with caution tape, spider webs and place the inflatables where they belong. You will also use the caution tape to block off areas of the school that we do not want people entering.

Candy Captain
Open all of the bags of donated candy and trinkets and dump them into a large container. Then mix it up and separate them into gallon sized bags for us to have our candy runners deliver during the event.
Start at 09:00 am until all candy is bagged. No later than 12:00 pm

Help set up all the games and make sure everything is in place before our event.

Kids will toss fake brains into buckets. All players get a prize/candy!

Kids will stand behind a line and bounce or toss ping-pong balls into the bowls. If they make it, they win!

Witch Hat Ring Toss
Kids will toss rings at witch hats with numbers on them. They need the total to be greater than 10 to win! All players get a prize/candy!

Trick-or-Treat Duck Pond
Kids pick a floating rubber duck from a small pool or tub and check the bottom. If it has a colored dot, number, or symbol, they win a prize/candy.

Pumpkin Broom Race
Kids kids use a broom to push/sweep a pumpkin from the starting line to the finish line and race back. All contestants get a prize/candy and winners get 2!

Fang-tastic Tattoo BOO-th
Kids will take a seat while you apply a festive tattoo to their face, neck, arm or hand (They choose). Each visitor is allowed 2 tattoos and can stand in line again if they choose to get tatted more!

Cupcake Walk
Assist the DJ with getting kids to start on a number. The DJ will tell them to walk while he plays music, then when he stops the kids stand on a number. The DJ will draw 5 winners per game and the kids can pick out a cupcake.
