Connection Crew - Keeping our Wildcat family in the loop! From newsletters and social media to flyers and updates, this crew makes sure every Tavan parent, teacher, and student feels connected to our community. If you love sharing news, designing, writing, or just being “in the know,” this is your spot to shine!

 

Dad's Club - Join our awesome crew of dads (and father figures) who help bring the fun, muscle, and creativity to Tavan! This is a great way to get involved, connect with other parents, and make a big impact. No special skills needed, just a willingness to show up and have fun through hands-on involvement!

 

Fundraising Commitee - Partner with local restaurants to plan fun dining fundraisers that bring our community together and support our school at the same time. Perfect for individuals who enjoy networking and finding innovative ways to raise funds to support the Tavan community.

 

Gratitude Crew - Lead the way in showing our school’s awesome staff some love by planning and decorating for thoughtful events, like treat days, themed teacher lunches, Teacher Appreciation Week, and other surprises making them feel valued.

 

Go-To Crew - This team plays a critical role in supporting the school’s volunteer efforts by ensuring school-wide events, campus projects and programs run smoothly with adequate help. Whether you have 1 hour or 10, we’ll find a great fit for you! This is a great fit for parents who are looking for a variety of ways to get involved based on their availability and skills. There’s no ongoing commitment, just opportunities to pitch in when your schedule allows.

 

Welcoming Committee - Help new Tavan families feel right at home by providing warm smiles during Kindergarten Round Up, offering helpful info, and sharing your experiences all year long in effort to build a strong and inclusive school community.

 

Yearbook Committee - Help capture the heart of the school year! The Yearbook Committee is perfect for anyone who enjoys photography, design, or storytelling. From snapping photos at events to organizing layouts and collecting memories from each grade, this team creates a keepsake that students and families will treasure for years. No design experience needed, just creativity, collaboration, and a love for documenting special moments!
