 Saturday, October 25th from 5:00 – 7:30 PM
 

Hijinx is almost here, and your involvement is what makes the night unforgettable for our students and families! Nothing brings bigger smiles than seeing our Wildcats light up when they spot their teachers outside the classroom. It creates memories, builds connections, and strengthens our ONE TAVAN community.

 

We’d love for every Teacher and Staff member to join in the fun by signing up for one of two ways:

  1. Sign up for a one-hour shift on Trick-or-Treat Row to help hand out candy and keep the good times (and sugar rush) going strong. 
  2. Compete for Tavan Trunkmaster with the added bonus of winning the GRAND PRIZE and bragging rights!

Trunk or Treat Registration
Compete for 2025 Tavan Trunkmaster
Decorate a trunk solo or team up with friends to create something spooky, silly, or wildly creative. Then hand out candy to our Wildcats! It’s all about the fun and memories… with the added bonus of winning the GRAND PRIZE and bragging rights as the 2025 Tavan Trunkmaster!
 
We are happy to assist with trunk decoration and supplies if needed. Event details including prep times and pictures for voting will be sent to those who sign up!

IMPORTANT INFO!

  • The Tavan PTO will supply candy for you to pass out! Having a giant bag or 2 yourself doesn't hurt ;) 
    • Additional candy will be provided based on school donations received.
    • We want to keep the fun going for everyone as long as we can! #SugarRush
  • Costumes are encouraged!
    • Please remember, this is a family-friendly event. Costumes should not be scary and must be free of weapons, of any kind.
  • Vehicle spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis. 
    • We are happy to try and place you next to a friend, plan on arriving at the same time!
  • Registration Deadline: October 24, 2025 or until all spots are filled!
  • NEW! Designated Trunk Sitters: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
    • IMS & AHS students have volunteered to stand at your vehicle to pass out candy during this time while you walk around and enjoy the event with your Wildcats!
    • This is optional, as you do not have to have to leave your vehicle.
