Complete this form to register your vehicle for Tavan PTO's 2025 Trunk or Treat! By registering your vehicle, you are automatically entered into our competition, with a chance to win the title of "2025 Ultimate Trunkmaster"!!

Participants MUST acknowledge and agree to comply with the below Event Rules and Guidelines to register a vehicle.
 
EVENT DETAILS
  • Event Time: 5:00pm to 7:30pm
  • Vehicle prep time: 3:00 pm -4:45pm *You decide what time to arrive, as long as you are ready to go by 4:45pm
    • Your Vehicle must be fully decorated, and you must be ready to hand out tricks and treats by 4:45pm, sharp!
  • Pictures for voting platform: 4:45- 5:00pm
    • Voting will take place from 5:00pm to 7:20pm. Be sure you vote also!
    • WINNER announced at 7:25pm
  • Designated Trunk Sitters: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
    • IMS & AHS students have volunteered to stand at your vehicle to pass out candy during this time while you walk around and enjoy the event with your family!
    • This is optional, as you do not have to have to leave your vehicle. 
  • Vehicle Dismissal: 8:00pm
    • Your vehicle must remain parked in your assigned spot until 8:00pm, or until all attendees have left.

IMPORTANT INFO!

  1. B.Y.O.T&T - Bring Your Own Treats & Tricks! You are responsible for providing tricks (trinkets) or treats to pass out.
    • Additional candy will be provided based on school donations received.
    • We want to keep the fun going for as long as we can! #SugarRush
  2. Costumes are encouraged!
    • Please remember, this is a family-friendly event. Costumes should not be scary and must be free of weapons, of any kind.
  3. Vehicle spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis. 
    • We are happy to try and place you next to a friend, plan on arriving at the same time!
  4. Registration Deadline: October 24, 2025 or until all spots are filled!
