Tavan Tuesday is the Last Tuesday of Every Month!
*With few exceptions
Kick off your morning the Wildcat way with Tavan Tuesday! A fun and casual opportunity for students to burn off some energy and for families to connect over coffee before the school day begins.
What is Tavan Tuesday?
It’s a relaxed morning meet-up on the back field from 8:00 to 8:20 AM, where students can move and mingle while grown-ups sip coffee and chat. It’s a great way to build community and start the day with smiles!
Who Can Attend?
All students (Pre-K through 5th grade) are welcome with a parent, guardian, or adult family member. Adults must stay with their student(s) for the entire event and exit campus once the first bell rings.
Where to Go?
Park using the guidelines below, check in at the front office to receive your visitor sticker, then head straight to the back field to join the fun. Don’t miss this chance to connect with other Tavan families and get involved!
Please avoid entering classrooms during this time, as teachers are preparing for the day ahead.
Parking Reminders:
To keep arrival smooth and safe for everyone, please follow these parking tips:
-
DO park on the street or in the overflow lot southwest of campus.
-
DO NOT park in the front lot. It is reserved for Pre-K and official visitors.
-
DO NOT park in the staff lot near the student drop-off line.
Thank you for helping make Tavan Tuesday a safe and welcoming event for all!
