Get ready to bring your favorite storybook characters to life! This special day is all about celebrating reading, imagination, and creativity. Students are encouraged to dress up as a beloved character from a book they enjoy! From classic fairytales to adventurous heroes and everything in between!
To help keep our celebration fun, friendly, and safe for everyone, please follow these
Storybook Character Day Guidelines:
- No Masks: Students should not wear masks that cover their faces. Face paint is acceptable as long as it is not scary or overly dramatic.
- No Scary Costumes: Please avoid costumes that may be deemed frightening or inappropriate for a school setting. We want to keep the atmosphere positive and welcoming.
- No Weapons or Props: For safety reasons, no weapons or prop weapons should be included with costumes, even if they are part of the character.
- Mindful Choices: Encourage your child to choose a character that promotes kindness, creativity, and positivity.
