Hijinx Set-Up

Setup Help Needed: We’re asking volunteers to help move items from the storage pods in the back field to the gymnasium. If you have a truck and are willing to lend a hand—we NEED you! 🚛💪

Safety Support: We also need volunteers to put up caution tape and make sure certain areas are blocked off, keeping visitors safely where the fun is.

Assemble Haunted House
We will build the prefabricated haunted house inside the gymnasium over a period of time and will also add spooky decorations to make it sure to thrill!

Clean-Up Crew

We’ll do a quick tidy-up right after the event on Saturday night, but the real cleanup happens Sunday morning when we work together to get Tavan back to its original self.
