What is Tavan Tuesday?
An opportunity to start the morning mingling with coffee and an opportunity for your student to get energy out before entering the classroom.
Who can attend?
All students no matter the grade level are invited to join us on the back field from 8 to 8:20am along with an accompanied adult. Adults are required to remain on campus during this time to monitor their children and should exit campus upon the first bell.
Where do we go?
Follow the below listed parking instructions and make sure you sign in at the front office, so you get your visitor sticker. Afterwards, head straight back to the back field and help yourself to coffee and snacks provided by the Tavan PTO. Please do not disturb the classrooms as teachers are using this time for morning preparation and we need to respect that time.
PARKING:
All We need your help to ensure parking goes smoothly and appreciate your cooperation in advance.
- DO park on the street or in the overflow parking lot that is southwest of our campus.
- DO NOT park in the lot directly in front of Tavan as it is reserved for pre-k and visitors.
- DO NOT park in the lot near the car drop-off line as it is reserved for staff.
