We need YOU to make the PTO possible, and we're eager to have more support and involvement from as many of our families and Tavan supporters as possible. We are always seeking the involvement of eager, motivated people who wish to share their expertise, offer their constructive feedback for improvements, and are willing to contribute in ways that suit them best (we have ways to enlist support virtually, too!).

Social Media Coordinator - Join the Communications Committee to support social media efforts across all platforms.*
Dad's Club Support - Join Dad's Club and support their efforts.
Marketing Coordinator - Join the Fundraising Committee to assist with creation and distribution of marketing materials.
Dining for Dollars Coordinator - Join the Fundraising Committee to coordinate Dining for Dollars nights throughout the year.*
Passive Fundraising Coordinator - Join the Fundraising Committee to assist with structuring ongoing passive fundraising opportunities.*
EduKit Coordinator - Join the Fundraising Committee to plan and execute the EduKit efforts. This would be needed late spring 2025.
Volunteer Recruiter - Join the Volunteer Committee to assist with garnering volunteer support for events throughout the year.
Welcome Committee - Join our Welcome Committee to help transition new families to the Tavan Community.
Kindergarten Roundup Committee - Join the Kindergarten Roundup Team and help facilitate on-campus events for prospective kindergarten families.
Teacher/Staff Appreciation Event Coordinator - Join the Teacher/Staff Appreciation Committee. Assist with planning and running various events throughout the year to honor our wonderful teachers and staff members.
Liaisons - Join the Room Parent Committee as a liaison for any of the following groups and programs at Tavan. Help ensure their needs are met and relay communications to the Room Parent Lead and PTO.

Event Support and Event Chairs - Join the Event Committee as a chair or to support any of the following events. Events are subject to confirmation per 24-25 calendar, once established.
